About Country Acres Condominium Association

Country Acres Condominium Association is a residential condominium community located in Des Plaines, Illinois.

Established in 1972, the Association manages and maintains two residential buildings containing 138 condominium units.

The Association is responsible for maintaining the common areas, landscaping, parking facilities, swimming pool, building maintenance, financial management, and enforcement of community rules and regulations.

Our Board of Directors works on behalf of the homeowners to ensure the community remains safe, financially stable, and well maintained.
