For the safety of everyone in our community, riding electric scooters, kick scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, or other riding toys in the parking lots is not permitted.

We have recently received reports of children and teenagers riding at high speeds through the parking areas without paying attention to moving vehicles.

This creates a serious safety hazard for:

• Children and riders,
• Drivers entering and leaving parking spaces,
• Pedestrians walking through the parking lots.

Our parking lots are designed for vehicle traffic, not for recreational riding.

Parents and guardians are asked to remind their children to use the playground and other appropriate recreation areas instead of the parking lots.
